2. Eligibility & Acceptance

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to access or use our Services. By purchasing, enrolling, registering, or otherwise participating in any Services, you affirm that you meet these criteria and consent to these Terms.

3. Use of Content & Licensing

All materials provided through Alpha Host Academy (including course content, downloads, templates, recordings, event materials, and community content) are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. When you access these materials, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, distribute, modify, reproduce, resell, or exploit any portion without written permission.

4. Testimonials & User Submissions

Any testimonials, feedback, reviews, or content you submit through our Services may be used by us in future marketing, educational, or promotional materials. By submitting content, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, publish, edit, and display your submission. You affirm that your submission is truthful and you have the right to grant this license.

5. Coaching & Membership Payments

Coaching services that include recurring payments are governed by your individual membership agreement, which outlines your payment schedule and terms. Most digital products are purchased with a one-time payment. By purchasing, you agree to the price, billing method, and payment schedule as specified at checkout or in your signed agreement.

6. Refunds

Refund policies are determined on a per-product or per-service basis and will be clearly stated during the purchasing process or in your membership agreement. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all sales are final.

7. Termination & Access Revocation

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to any Service, without refund, if you violate these Terms, act in a disruptive, harmful, or unlawful manner, or breach any agreement made with us. You remain responsible for all outstanding payments through the date of termination.

8. Community Guidelines

If you participate in any Alpha Host Academy community platform (Slack, Circle, private forum, etc.), you agree to maintain respect, confidentiality, and professionalism. We reserve the right to moderate or remove content and users at our discretion to preserve a safe and constructive environment.

9. Disclaimers & Results

We provide coaching, education, and support, but we cannot guarantee specific results or financial outcomes. Your success depends on your own efforts, decisions, and market conditions. We do not promise earnings or business performance, nor do we provide legal, tax, or financial advice.

10. Indemnification & Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold Alpha Host Academy, its parent company, staff, contractors, and affiliates harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or unlawful conduct.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable Service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.

11. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to a trial by jury or to participate in any class action. Arbitration will be conducted individually and not as a class or collective action.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Electronic Signature & Consent

By using our Services, submitting any form, or clicking any button that references agreement (e.g., “I Agree,” “Submit,” “Enroll Now”), you consent to these Terms electronically and affirm that such consent is binding.
